1. Why do we collect your personal information?

Janome collects your personal information in order to process orders from you, keep you informed of events and products offered by Janome, and also to better understand your requirements to improve our service to you.

2. What kind of information do we obtain?

The information obtained may include your name and address, including your delivery address, telephone number and email address. Personal information is gathered in many ways including, but not limited to:

• Directly from you e.g. when you complete a Credit Application Form;
• From the public domain;
• From third parties such as our related companies, your own representatives (lawyers, accountants etc.) and credit reporting agencies.

Please note we do not store credit or debit card details.

3. How will we use this information?

The information collected by Janome will be used to process orders from you, and/or inform you of promotions, events and product information. Personal information is also used to establish, administer and manage trading accounts, including billing and collecting debts and to carry out appropriate checks for credit worthiness and fraud.

4. Will we share this information with anyone else?

For the purposes as set out in 3 above we may disclose your personal information to organizations outside Janome including:
